Location

Portland Cooperative School is located at 2201 S.W. Vermont Street (PCS is within, but unaffiliated with, St. Barnabas Episcopal Church), 2 minutes off the Terwilliger Exit of I-5, in the Hillsdale neighborhood. Click here for a map to PCS.

In addition to three inviting, light-filled classrooms, PCS has use of the church kitchen, an outdoor green space/play area with a vegetable garden, and a lovely, large indoor hall with a stage for play during the rainy months and drama and performance. The space will meet our needs for the next three to four years.

We are conveniently located within minutes of the Hillsdale branch of the county library, Gabriel Park and the Southwest Community Center. Each of these community facilities is accessible by TriMet bus line #1, which stops at our front door.
